Is there a Law of Trolls?

You’ve head of the laws of thermodynamics, Newton’s laws of motion, and the law of gravity, but how about Godwin’s Law or the Law of Exclamation?

The internet has evolved its own set of rules and laws and some of these are quite humorous. Take Skitt’s Law, for example:

Expressed as “any post correcting an error in another post will contain at least one error itself” or “the likelihood of an error in a post is directly proportional to the embarrassment it will cause the poster.”

Or Danth’s Law:

“If you have to insist that you’ve won an internet argument, you’ve probably lost badly.”

Why did it take so long?

President Obama on Wednesday signed a law that makes it a federal crime to assault an individual because of his or her sexual orientation or gender identity.

Sure, Congress had to append it to a defense spending bill, but it’s been passed. About time.
